We had JP Hardwood Flooring sand and refinish the hardwood floors throughout our entire house, including two staircases. Ruan was responsive throughout, from the initial estimate through completion, and everything was completed exactly as discussed. We went with the Bona Traffic HD finish in a satin sheen for extra durability, and the floors look beautiful. Of all the estimates we got, JP was the only one that applied three coats of finish as standard, rather than the two-coat minimum others offered (with a third only available at an extra cost) — that alone was a big reason we chose them. Ruan also backed the work with a written warranty, which gave us real peace of mind. There’s inevitably some dust with a job this size, but it’s expected and was well managed. Could not recommend these guys enough!! My husband and I closed on and were moving into our home only 7 days apart. Ruan and his crew were quick, professional, and did a fantastic job with our hardwood floors!!! I’m shocked with how well everything was cleaned up afterwards as well. If there would be an option to put 4+, I would. The floors look fantastic. The final result was 5 stars and we had kitchen floors refinished and new hardwood flooring was installed in the living area. Installation was very efficient. Few issues with installation. The crew used outdoor plug and was doing most of the  sawing on our front steps with the door opened right next to the kitchen. So everything around was horribly dusty.  I wished they used something to hang at the door opening. Also, when taking off the carpet the steps next to it were scratched.
